APP North Queensland was established in 2008. Based in Cairns, the office services a geographic area from Rockhampton to the Cape – and we go as far west as the work takes us. Our small, dedicated team of professionals bring expertise in diverse backgrounds including project management, design, construction and cost planning across all types of property and infrastructure projects.

Our largest project, and the largest of its type in North Queensland, is the redevelopment of the Cairns Base Hospital. This $500m project spans 6 years and is due for completion in 2014.

Recently completed projects include the Cairns North Community Health Facility and Block E development as well as the Liz Plummer Cancer Care Centre. Block D, the new 40,000m2 clinical services building for Cairns Base Hospital, is scheduled for completion in mid 2013.
