Southern NSW & ACT
APP’s Southern NSW/ACT Branch was established in Canberra in 1990. In addition to the Canberra office, we have a regional office in Bowral. Our services cover a geographic spread from Campbelltown in Sydney’s south to the NSW and Victorian borders, including the Australian Capital Territory and Canberra. With our solid history and presence we have developed strong networks across regional NSW and the ACT and bring comprehensive knowledge of local markets to projects.
We have an impressive track record in both public and private sector works. One of the earliest APP projects was the superintendence of the construction contract for the Defence Signals Directorate facility and we’ve maintained good relationships with government clients ever since. Our office has a thorough working knowledge of Detailed Business Case Studies and Public Works Committee Gateway Review processes. We also have hands-on experience with the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines. APP is prequalified with the ACT government in the categories of project director, management and superintendency, programmer, environmentally sustainable design, and civil engineering.
Recent major projects include:
- International Cricket Hall of Fame
- National Portrait Gallery
- ANZAC Park West
- 28 BER Catholic Schools in the Illawarra
- Housing Insulation Safety Program
- Gundagai MPS (Multi Purpose Service) Hospital
- Holcim Quarry, Marulan
- Queanbeyan Hospital
- Bombala Hospital
APP’s clients in the region include federal, state, and local Government entities such as the Department of Finance and Deregulation, the ACT Shared Services Procurement, and NSW Health Infrastructure. Our private clients include Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), Homemaker Centres, and the Catholic Education Office.
