171 Collins Street in Melbourne has become the first building in Victoria to achieve a 6 Star NABERS Energy rating. Having already achieved a 6 Star Green Star AS Built Office V2 Rating, 171 Collins Street also won the Sustainability Development Award at the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence awards.
The benchmark for modern sustainable office buildings, a 6 Star NABERS Energy rating emits 50 per cent less greenhouse gases than a building with a 5 Star rating.
