Located within the west luxury mall, the Chadstone West Piazza redevelopment included backfill of the previous GAP tenancy with two new high-end restaurants, Calia and Yu Kitchen, and a luxury transit lounge for arriving VIP guests.
The APP Group was engaged by Vicinity Centres to provide project management, design management and superintendent services for the design and construction contract and tenancy delivery services for the restaurant and lounge.
