Urban Diner, Pacific Epping

Late in 2012 APP was engaged by The Pacific Group of Companies to undertake the tenancy coordination role for their Stage 5 Urban Diner Precinct Development at Pacific Epping Shopping Centre.  The project involved the redevelopment and extension of the existing entertainment and restaurant precinct at the shopping centre, including 10 restaurants, 5 food outlets, 2 kiosks, a retail store and the redevelopment of the existing cinema complex.   The precinct opened to the public in October 2013.

As Tenancy Coordinator, we were required to manage and control all the tenancy deliverables to agreed milestones in order to achieve the overall construction and opening programme. APP was accountable for all the day to day management and overall delivery of tenancies including concept and final design submitted and approved, shopfitter paperwork and induction, lessor works coordination, handover and compliance certificates.

The launch of the Urban Diner expanded the Centre’s footprint by over 9,000m2 to increase the gross leasable area (GLA) to 74,036m2. The additional space has provided the community with lovely landscape pedestrian street with a wide open piazza and playground, light filled surrounds that are complemented by a family friendly atmosphere, wide variety of lifestyle shopping and an unrivalled fresh food offering.
