The APP Group’s Transport business goes from strength to strength

The APP Group is pleased to announce that Jeff Mendoza has joined our growing Transport business as Executive Director.  

With over 20 years of experience in project development, transaction management, commercial advisory, infrastructure strategy and project finance, Jeff has advised on complex projects for the private and public sectors in Australia and internationally. 

He has led the development, transaction, and negotiation of multiple complex projects including the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone, Sydney Metro City & Southwest, More Trains More Services, Digital Systems Program, Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, and Central Precinct Renewal Program.  

Jeff is a strong leader in infrastructure with the ability to partner and negotiate best-for-project outcomes in complex stakeholder environments that cut across government agencies and the private sector including councils, contractors, developers, advisors and financiers. 

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales.
