Business Ownership Update — 5 November 2024

The APP Group together with its investment partner, Five V Capital, has reached an agreement to sell the business to global leader, Bureau Veritas.  

Following a successful four-year partnership with Five V Capital that facilitated significant growth, business transformation and acquisitions, The APP Group will find a new home within the Bureau Veritas Group, strengthening its Building and Infrastructure business in Australia.

The APP Group is an Australian Property and Infrastructure leader and joining forces with a world leader in Bureau Veritas allows for continued growth, whilst leveraging a global network of services, systems and resource capability to support our clients and new market opportunities.

The transaction is subject to the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) approval, targeting completion by late 2024.
