A proud history
Over the past 35 years, The APP Group has continued to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
The APP Group was established in 1989 in Sydney and has gone on to build a national reputation and track record of supporting the most complex property and infrastructure projects. Our founders were Ian Munce, David Chandler and John Taylor.
From our humble beginnings as a small team of project managers under the banner of Australia Pacific Projects to our national presence today offering end to end services across the full asset capital investment lifecycle, The APP Group is proud to take the responsibility for creating a better future.
Our first ever project management engagement was a commercial building in the Sydney CBD at number 2 Market Street and today our largest engagements include the Victorian $11 billion North-East Link Tunnel Program, $6.3 billion Cross River Rail project in Brisbane and supporting Sydney’s $20 billion Metro projects.
Today our business is Australian owned and managed with a 500+ strong team across 12 offices, servicing over 200 clients and over 350 projects annually.
