Brookfield Place in Perth is an iconic precinct that brings together modern office space, cultural experiences, curated dining and world-class shopping. Brookfield Place Tower 2 is a 16-level premium office tower that formed the final stage of the development. It includes conference facilities, 110 parking spaces and end-of-trip facilities for more than 330 cyclists.
The APP Group was appointed as the Independent Certifier for the base building project and the agreements between building tenants and the landlord Brookfield Office Properties. The role included advice on the ongoing progress of agreements, certification of completion and assessment of any delay claims.
Brookfield Place Tower 2 has 5-Star Green Star accreditation for Office Design (v3) and As-Built. The project also added an upper-level walkway across Mounts Bay Road to improve connectivity between the Elizabeth Quay bus station, railway station and the CBD.
