Delivering an office refresh for Australia's flagship airline in New Zealand.
The APP Group was appointed Project Manager for the fit-out of the Qantas Call Centre, Training Rooms and Qantas Business Travel offices at Level 7 Qantas House, Queen Street, Auckland.
The APP Group was responsible for the refinement of the scope of works, design co-ordination, contract administration and managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. The project team sourced and appointed a project team consisting of interior designers, building services engineers and a fit-out contractor to design and construct the project.
The APP Group managed the construction and fit-out works within the restricted environment of an operational call centre and handed over the new facilities to meet the client’s requirements of time and budget. A key role was to ensure that the Building Owner’s guidelines were adhered to.
