Delivering an office refresh for Australia's flagship airline in New Zealand.
The APP Group was appointed Project Manager for the fit-out of the Qantas Call Centre, Training Rooms and Qantas Business Travel offices at Level 7 Qantas House, Queen Street, Auckland.
The APP Group was responsible for the refinement of the scope of works, design coordination, contract administration and managing internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. The project team sourced and appointed a project team consisting of interior designers, building services engineers and a fit-out contractor to design and construct the project.
The APP Group managed the construction and fit-out works within the restricted environment of an operational call centre and handed over the new facilities to meet the client’s requirements of time and budget. A key role was to ensure that the Building Owner’s guidelines were adhered to.
