The APP Group, in conjunction with Love ’n Deuce had the rights to manage the new Tennis Centre at Sydney Olympic Park. An extensive range of tennis programmes was developed to cater for everyone’s needs as well as general court hire and coaching. The centre was the host of the Adidas International and other tennis events, such as the Davis Cup and Federation Cup, when held in Sydney.
The Sydney International Tennis Centre has 16 courts including Centre Court. The complex includes a proshop and a tennis museum. Spectator facilities include toilets, telephones and first aid information points. Centre Court complex provides permanent seating for over 10,456 people and a permanent roof structure provides shade to approximately 70% of the seating. The tennis centre also has a function room capable of seating up to 350 guests. A large 500m2 balcony overlooks the Olympic precinct and outside courts, ideal for pre-dinner drinks or an outdoor barbecue experience.
