The APP Group welcomes Paul Epps as General Manager QLD

The APP Group is pleased to welcome Paul Epps to the role of General Manager, Queensland within our Property and Social Infrastructure businesses. 

In the role, Paul will lead the growth strategy across Queensland, driving innovation alongside the national leadership team. He will champion the expansion of the Property and Social Infrastructure businesses, lead new service areas, cultivate client relationships, and elevate The APP Group’s brand presence in the Queensland market. 

Over the course his 26-year career, Paul has worked in construction and consulting both in Australia and internationally in sectors spanning heath, industrial, education, mining, aged care, retail, defence, hospitality and rail. With a background in project management and quantity surveying, Paul focuses his delivery style on providing effective procurement, contractual engagement, and ongoing subcontract and head contract management. 

Paul has contributed to several high-profile projects including:

• New Air Combat Facility, Department of Defence
• The Mater Hospital Redevelopment, Hunter and New England Area Health Service
• New Space Business and Law Facility, University of Newcastle
