The APP Group is partnering with Knox Grammar School, located in Wahroonga, Sydney, to support the upgrade of two key infrastructure projects that will help meet the ongoing needs of the preparatory school.
To the projects, we bring a team of highly skilled staff with expertise in supporting clients across the independent and public education sectors. Our experience is underpinned by rigorous reporting and governance frameworks that enable us to provide best practice initiatives, services and advice that delivers results.
Meeting future learning needs
We have been engaged to deliver project management services for the refurbishment of Ewan House, a heritage-listed residence constructed in 1896 and currently used by the school as a flexible learning and administration centre.
In continuing the Knox Grammar School theme of “innovation wrapped in tradition”, this project will involve upgrading the ground and first floor internal spaces of Ewan House to include state-of-the-art technology and increase general learning areas with an overall improvement to functionality and accessibility.
Improving spaces and experiences
In addition, our project team is supporting the delivery of upgrades to Gillespie Sports Field amenities. The project covers upgrades to facilities including changing rooms, toilets, a first aid room, canteen, and storerooms and the removal of an existing pergola and BBQ area to make way for a new foyer and viewing terrace.
A spokesperson for Knox Grammar School said, “Innovation wrapped in tradition encapsulates the idea of blending originality and creativity together with our rich heritage and traditions. By partnering The APP Group, we are partnering with a team of experts who give us the confidence that they will nurture our vision and deliver value. We look forward to continuing on this journey together.”
