Important milestone for One The Esplanade project in Perth
One The Esplanade tower at Elizabeth Quay in Perth has reached practical completion after it topped out in April 2022.
One The Esplanade is a 29 level, 57,000 square meter PCA Premium Grade commercial office tower located within the growing Elizabeth Quay precinct at the edge of the Swan River. The APP Group was appointed by Brookfield Properties as Project Manager and Superintendent for the $800 million building that will be the new home for Chevron Australia and Herbert Smith Freehills.
A unique feature of the building’s design is its three storey ‘Oculus’ that funnels natural light into the podium and illuminating the floors below.
The building has been designed to achieve leading sustainability ratings including 6 Star Green Star, 5 Star NABERS Energy ratings, and an IWBI WELL Core Gold certification.
