431 King William Street is getting a facelift

APP has been appointed by Quintessential Equity to manage the base building upgrade of a 14-storey commercial office tower in Adelaide’s CBD.

The existing building  at 431 King William Street is approximately 28 years old and has not had a significant refurbishment in several years. The upgrade includes the revitalisation of lift foyers across all floors, bathroom updates, installation of end of trip facilities, a new entry foyer and full façade upgrade.

APP’s Chris Dickson and Julia Gentile will manage the 10 month programme, which is expected to be completed by September 2019.
