The opportunity:

The Executive Assistant within Energy & Utilities will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team and managing key aspects of the business units’ operations.

This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual who can balance a wide range of responsibilities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive leadership team, including diary management, travel bookings and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing communications and inquiries
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports.
  • Lead and support special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and timely completion of projects.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.

 

About You:

With a genuine interest in the project management, property or construction industry, you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment, within a dynamic team that absolutely appreciates attention to detail and your proactive approach to work.    

You will also further possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders and their teams
  • Proactive, self–motivated with the drive and commitment to make the difference to the team. 
  • Agile and adaptable, as the nature of our work is constantly evolving, we need people who thrive in this type of environment
  • Keen interest in learning new skills and development within the administration/projects space
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong relationship building and rapport building skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise
  • Relevant and comparable experience working in an agile, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365/Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • SharePoint and Microsoft Teams experience highly beneficial
