Aurecon’s new workplace embodies the design, engineering and advisory company’s workplace ecology principles, prioritising wellbeing and development of its people, while fostering a sense of purpose, pride and social responsibility.
With the support our local Perth team’s commercial real estate advisory services and project management capabilities, Aurecon opted to recommit to its home at 863 Hay Street and reimagine their workplace with a new 3,100sqm fit-out of the existing premises over three floors.
Our team assisted Aurecon through all project phases from leasing strategy and renewal to delivery, ensuring Aurecon’s values and project aspirations are always at the forefront. Working in a live environment, the project involved a staged construction approach to meet key lease requirements and to ensure minimal disruption to Aurecon’s business operations.
