Electromotiv Integrated Management System

Electromotiv provides green, low cost, refuelling solutions for buses and provides services to transition fleets to zero-emissions technology.  

The APP Group was engaged by Electromotiv to design and develop an Integrated Management System and assist with necessary updates to the company’s documentation. The role covered standardising processes, and embedding contemporary project management practices and services to build or upgrade charging and refuelling services.
