The project team developed strategies to enable the full spectrum of stakeholders at various stages of the project. We engaged with clinical practitioners and managers during the design input and sign-off process through a series of multifaceted and multimodal forums that enabled us to communicate openly, understand their perspectives, and speak their language.

Working together with the hospital team, The APP Group’s project team effectively managed disruptions through a collaborative approach to issuing Disruption Work Notices. As a result, critical hospital services could remain in operation while the construction was taking place.

Working with The APP Group on Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital Stage 2A has been a pleasure. The team has collaborated closely with us to develop constructive solutions to facilitate project delivery and ensure minimal disruption to hospital services. The team has proven their ability to adapt, ensuing we deliver on time with minimal impact to our patients and staff.
