Supporting essential drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
Odyssey House NSW is a not-for-profit organisation that provides essential drug and alcohol rehabilitation services to the community. Following the receipt of government funding, Odyssey House wanted to expand their essential services and lease a larger operating premises.
The APP Group provided pro-bono assistance to Odyssey House NSW for their office expansion project. The project team worked closely with the Odyssey House team to determine to develop a design concept that would meet current and future requirements, maximise the existing layout, and reduce fit-out costs without compromising design.
The APP Group also called on long-time client, Westpac Group Property, who donated a significant amount of quality office and storage furniture. The team also managed general repairs, painting, replacement of ceiling tiles, light fittings and air conditioning units.
