Hills Showground Station Precinct

The area surrounding Showground Station at Castle Hill was one of eight growth precincts along the Sydney Metro rail corridor earmarked for rezoning by the NSW Government. Showground Station is adjacent to the historic Castle Hill Showground and will consist of a series of plazas that respond to the character and land uses of the surrounding landscape.   

The APP Group was engaged by local landowners to represent their interests and advocate for commercially sounds planning and development outcomes for the precinct. The project team delivered a submission on behalf of the landowners in response to the precinct proposal.
