The APP Group have been engaged by Red Cross Lifeblood to provide a supporting role for their property team to manage their portfolio of 80+ donor centres and processing centres across the country in Brisbane, Townsville, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. APP’s role was to support the team to optimise their leasing processes. Our team have also coordinated with several Project Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of multiple refurbishment and upgrade programs.
The result of this has been an optimisation of leasing processes, synergetic property management and higher yield returns on lease renewals.
