Baptcare Strathalan

Since 1945, Baptcare has provided aged care services to the residents of Maclead and its surrounds. In 2016, Babptcare initiated a redevelopment of the facility to improve the standard of care whilst maintaining the property’s unique heritage.   

The APP Group was appointed to provide project management and superintendent services for the Baptcare Strathalan redevelopment project. The project team worked in close collaboration with the client and contractor to establish a practical multi-phased delivery method that minimised disruptions to services and residents.
