Ibis and Novotel Hotels
Delivering a 3-Star and 4-Star high rise hotel in Dubai.
The APP Group was appointed Client Representative on the Joint Venture between Majid Al Futtaim Hospitality LLC and Accord Hotels for the Ibis & Novotel Development in Port Saeed. Our extensive experience in high rise hotel project management spans several major hotel projects throughout Asia, India and the UK for groups including Hyatt International, Radisson and Ritz Carlton.
This project was the initial construction project in the procurement of Majid Al Futtaim Hospitality’s major hotel roll out development programme in the Middle Eastern and North African region. It comprised of two separate hotels, the 365-key 3-Star Ibis Hotel and 189-key 4-Star Novotel, two basement levels of car parking, nine storeys of hotel accommodation, shared facilities, food, beverage and retail units – total approx. area 32,500 m2.
Construction began in June 2006, and the hotels were completed in April 2008.
