The APP Group has a track record in maximising value on hotel projects and it continues with our appointment and delivery of the 250,000m2 Ritz Carlton Hotel and Apartment complex, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) in Dubai.
This mixed-use development included 350 hotel rooms, 120 serviced apartments, 300 high quality selling apartments and 75,000m2 of carparking. Our team worked in a Joint Venture partnership with Edara LLC (eAPPI) on the project and worked in the development team which ensured that the project feasibility was constantly updated and verified.
The project was designed as the ultimate business hotel and the apartments were targeted to the industry captains who live and work within the DIFC precinct. The construction was fully integrated into the DIFC Development.
