Red Top Square
Adding a new hotel to Jakarta’s striking skyline.
Red Top Square was an offshore project in Indonesia for The APP Group in the ‘90s. The hotel building opened as a five star Radisson hotel with 400 rooms and extensive food, beverage and function facilities.
The APP Group was appointed to maintain the quality of the fitout while working to a budget set at 10% lower than other comparable projects in Jakarta. While the project was completed substantially under budget, the high occupancy rate since it opened is a clear demonstration of the quality of the hotel.
