Bahrs Scrub State School
Delivering a world class education facility for the Bahrs Scrub community.
The APP Group was engaged by the Queensland Department of Education to provide Project Management Services to develop and implement the Concept Masterplan and Business Case Reporting for the new Bahrs Scrub New Primary State School. Our team also conducted delivery options workshops for procurement strategy, cost advisory and guidance, and comprehensive reporting.
The development of the Concept Master Plan and Detailed Business Case inputs for a new campus to meet growing demand and relieve the existing school network in the locale. It required land acquisition and development of a new primary school for up to 1,200+ students.
Bahrs Scrub State School will include a new primary value hall that is purpose-built to significantly improve the playing activities and land surfaces of existing facilities. This will enhance youth, social infrastructure and community services, increase usage of education and sporting purposes, and display vertical school innovation within semi-rural spaces.
