Adapting retail space for future mixed-use at Enex Perth .
Enex Perth is a dynamic retail and food destination situated at 100 St Georges Terrace. The APP Group was selected by ISPT to project manage the first stage of the redevelopment of enex Perth. The project involves an upgrade to all three levels of the centre while remaining operational throughout the duration of the project. This includes managing stakeholders in a live construction environment.
The redevelopment includes the new City Canteen, a refreshed food court providing a vibrant lunchtime dining precinct for shoppers and workers. The existing food offering was relocated from Level 2 to Level 3 of the centre, right sized to match the number of tenants, and toilet and parenting facilities added. A Central Lounge will connect enex’s retail space with the City Canteen and provide a variety of seating options.
The project also includes the strategic repositioning of 100 St Georges Terrace which will see the A Grade Office Tower transformed with the addition of a next-generation campus style workspace focused on purpose-designed collaboration spaces spanning 5,150sqm.
The APP Group oversaw the project initially, managing the preliminary project budget, procurement strategy and consultant selection. Our team continues to provide safety and risk consulting expertise and is coordinating the tenancy delivery.
